Hi Ken, I've enjoyed your videos before but it needs to be said buy-to-let and HMOs are pretty reprehensible. They do not increase the size of the economy, they do not provide value for money for customers. What they do is take away homes for ordinary folks. Focus on proper ways to earn money or making smart investment decisions. Just please think of ordinary folks and poorer specifically. Your advice is making their lives and health worse.

The stock market is still very high and still in bubble territory… I wouldn't describe it as "at historic lows". Had to rewind to make sure that I had heard correctly!
