This young lady does such a wonderful job & is really providing a service. 🩷
Please, though, don't use chain dollar stores unless absolutely necessary. The employees are treated terribly (much like Amazon's). John Oliver on the Late Show did a good segment on it. It's available here on YT.
Personally, I submitted a letter to them to let them know I wouldn't shop there anymore, nor bring the people in my shopping carpool. Will one letter matter? Not in the slightest. Many letters on the other hand, perhaps. Better would be laws protecting workers.
The hand flapping is distracting, sorry.
Wow! Just subscribed. Super ideas we all need to hear. Thank you so much.
I rarely, but rarely eat out. 🤷
I use a 5 gal bucket to catch the cold water when I’m showering. Then I use a 1 gal bucket to flush the toilet throughout the day. I even have a laundry wand, I can use the same water to wash my unmentionables. I think I save 15 gal/day.
I just found you. You're a kindred spirit. Your life style has been mine all of my 55 years of life. It's so nice to see someone making videos that actually encourage less spending. The reusing of things reminds me of my mamaw who was born in 1906 and taught me so much. Our young folks today need this kind of information. Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. Creating content, and putting yourself out there is time consuming, and allowing yourself to be exposed to the nastiness or there.

Check your toilet(s) for leakage. It can make a difference of $10 to $30 per month on the water bill. Just look at the pool of water at an angle that reflects the light. If you see ripples on the surface, there is a leak.
Just subscribed after watching this video. First of all, you have a wonderful smile and approachable manner. Right to the point and very articulate. Thanks!

Best one yet!!!;
I always have staple veggies like carrots, cabbage, green onions, cilantro, and basic salad greens in my fridge. I will then pick a 'hero' ingredient each week and use it in several dishes that week in different ways. That way I have the basics to make just about anything with different spices, but I have something new to play with as well.
Save the trimmings from most veggies in a gallon ziplock in the freezer, avoid any moldy parts. Save raw or cooked meat in separately labeled bags. Make your own stock with a few extra spices and either waterbath in canning jars or freeze for future use. I use broth all the time to make rice, soup, sauces, gravy, etc. Save citrus rinds and extra ginger in the freezer and make a pot of tea on the stove with one regular herbal tea bag. It is so good either hot or cold the next day. You can freeze buttermilk in ice cube trays before it goes bad. It does lose some of the thick viscosity, but it still works in pancakes, waffles, or dressing. I love having it on hand whenever I want.
Great stuff, old school frugality! I'm always listening to money saving videos and all some of the got is side hustle/cancel subscriptions. But you did 60 hacks in 13 minutes! Love it!
The tip about savings on your bank account debit card is a win! I couldn’t believe the quick savings on every day things like gas for our car!
Can I add: use sheets n pillow cases for curtains or use as a furniture cover.
PLEASE! Brushing teeth frequently with baking soda destroyed my tooth enamel!
Other tips
I do 2 things with tiny soap silvers. I make liquid soap and "soap on a rope" by using a nylon sock or pantyhose leg.
If you are close go to a beauty school. I love it.
Use the liquid from canned beans for an egg substitute especially easy to stretch scrambled eggs
I like to remake cards. I reuse wrapping paper. I buy used vases and add fresh flowers.
I use my coins (that have no extra value) at self-checkout when it is slow.
Regrowing lettuce, celery (and more) is easy. Google it
If it is yellow (#1) let it mellow. If it is brown (#2) flush it down.
By used. It is a treasure hunt.
Check your machine for the cold tap water setting. If it isn't dirty hang it up. Line dry if nothing else socks, panties anything elastic.
Please only use Baking soda for toothpaste occasionally. Sea salt is okay.
So well done, quick and easy to follow
We use wash cloths for hand towels in the bathroom especially when we have company. We also use cloth napkins every meal and in lunch boxes. I use only white so I don’t have to do multiple wash loads. I am using 30 year old white towels because I bought the best that I could afford. Quality counts. Figure cost per use on everything.
Hey gorgeous
I really like your video because it is useful information and you are to the point
In the US, 30 degrees fareinhiet is the freezing temp, and depending on your dwelling, pipes may or may not freeze at 30°. I liked your tips. Thank you.
What was that dance video you and the kids wre watching when you said exercise at home? Please.

I generally check my checking account and credit card accounts every day, just in case. Also do the flushing the toilet not every time because I have a active ladder I might go. It doesn’t have a day and just go two or three drops. Unless there’s an odor I don’t flush every time.
I love #24 eat less food 😂 , yes most people overeat so it is healthier to eat less
I was an Amish convert for 6 years. The most expensive wedding was the sis of the girl i wanted. It cost $250. One man nearl fainted when told its cost. He said his was $67. Average cost $76.
