I got accepted, I did all the assessments, and I passed them. Even today, I haven't received any projects, and it has been 4 months now.
I got accepted and did the Zara AI interview and passed and then did the assessments. I have not been called or seen any projects yet. Has ANYONE seen any projects?
🤮🤮🤮🤮In my case they didn't pay 6.5 hours and no support at all…. In one project they started with 25$/hour, then they sent an email that they would have risen the compensation to 45$/hour also for those that had already completed the tasks but I did not receive payment for my work at 25$ or 45$, NO MONEY AT ALL! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Six months ago I successfully applied for the role of Spanish Writers and I was never called for any project. Yesterday they sent me an email saying that soon there will be "exciting" projects for Spanish-speaking people, but that I must do the interview with Zara. I was suspicious since I had already done a complicated onboarding process that, among other things, required providing them with sensitive information. Thanks a lot for the alert!
Senior software dev here with some AI exp. I feel like that AI, with your camera on, is going to grab your biometric data and it will be sold. Perhaps it’s part of the terms of service / privacy policy when you sign up for the interview, perhaps not. But yeah, don’t interview with an LLM. Why would you want to work for a company when you have no idea what that company culture is like and they don’t even want to know who they are hiring. Hard pass.
