LMFAO this was an incredibly simplified view of the most idealized version of running a food truck. If you are in a major city these numbers might work maybe on weekends. Just keep in mind for every hour you're on the truck you're spending an hour cleaning, prepping, shopping, driving, etc. A 1000 profit means you are selling over $4000 worth of food, these means you are prepping $1000 worth of product. This means that before you even open you've already spent $1,000 on raw ingredients.
But yeah look on the bright side it's super easy because you have a Shopify app that handles all your cash systems and marketing needs
