I went through the comment section and saw some of the most dumbest comments from fellow individuals, so let me explain this to you as i feel I am competent to answer this, so in this video the girl is talking about tax analyst role, 1st point it's us tax and not indian one that's the reason the payscale for even a graduate candidate is slightly higher, so it has nothing to do with your graduation as the us tax is a totally different thing, me being an ENROLLED AGENT which is basically a license given from the IRS(internal revenue service that is tax body of us) is earning way more than this, so yes us tax is pretty much a niche profile as it is very complicated to work on those tax returns.
