To start all these you need a large income or inheritance , and I do not have both, and I started having the former when im in my early 30s and just discovered passive income this early year. that's basically 400-900k down the drain over 12 years of putting my money in a traditional bank. I have 2 life insurances 3 if you count SSS paying every year which was a bad idea as your money will just double within 20-35 years(except SSS if you last many years after 60). , basically you just adjusted money paid if you factor in inflation which is what will happen.
I have a question; you posted around 5-7% annually, it seems kinda low and not worth the time for a long research and evaluation every week , its better to focus on MP2 or high percentage time deposit digital banks for low risk and its less time for research and evaluation. I understand you need to diversify, but what else is the difference?
