Great advice always come back to freshen up on it
The question really is, how much to save vs. how much to spend so that saving is worth something.

I’m obsessed with your videos, and I’m not into finances at all. You just explain all the complicated things in such an easy and entertaining way! Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Could you do an updated version of this for people who did extended schooling such as PhD or MD?
Where is rent 2500 a month?!
the only thing I've learned in life so far is that people who are rich either got extremely lucky or inherited it
18 right now. 45k in assets (stocks, etf, bonds) and i have 4 cc. 740 credit score. I have two streams of income through paid internship and side gig. Heading into college this summer, hoping to find paid internship and other ways to make money
I just feel so terrible when thinking that I have to limit what things I want in the moment. Like I rationally understand that saving money now and for example not spending it all on a new car is better in the long run, but I just feel devastated that I have to constantly limit my desires now, and that delayed rational thing can’t honestly make it better
This is great advice that's easy to follow. Thank you!

10k debt
gambling addict (no loans took for it.. wanted to pay off by winning)

Started my first job at $105k, invested fully into my 401k and Roth IRA. Only problem is student loans… feel like I’m barely making a dent in that. Hoping that I can increase my income even more when I leave my job
Great tips for my 20s!
Am I totally crazy for not using credit cards at all?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember there is hope in Jesus. He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). Jesus lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again so that if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior, He forgives us, restores our relationship with God, and gives us new life. His grace is bigger than your past 🙌
5:38 how do you calculate that? I dont get it
Yeah super toxic title. Downvote
I am 40, and grateful i don't have any red flags and not in any debt. Thanks for the video!
I am 21. I get scared everyday of being broke when I am older. I grew up in a not so rich family where my parents did struggle sometimes to pay bills and what not. I am just starting to save my money. Going to put like 700 away into savings maybe more each month. I work part time landscaping and then part time kind of doing my own side jobs like pressure washing and what not. Would like to eventually work full time for my self. I want to start investing but I find that stuff really confusing. Can any of you give me some solid advice about investing and what to do with my money as I get into my 20s so I can eventually have financial freedom?
26 here. What if your only debt is your house? My situation rn
so you will wait until retirement age to enjoy life?
I wish I could've done any of this
I got hit by effectively 4 layoffs within 4 years each time spending months to get back up, I have less savings then I did 5 years ago despite aggressively saving each time Im in employment…
So true lol and its funny how people dont learn history. They will say why pay a 6% devt when you get 8 in the market. Realistically you can also lose 50% over a couple weeks too. You know what you dont lose? Your debt haha
24 with a engineering degree no debt because of football scholarship with a 98k a year salary I save 4k a month placed between Roth, hysa, taxed brokerage and I take full advantage of the 6% dollar for dollar match on 401k. I know I’m in a unique spot but I live like I’m broke.
26 and the only debt I have is my house. It’s my first year doing a Roth IRA but I’m on track to maxing it! I put about an extra 500 a month into my house principal. Should I put a pause on that and reallocate it to a savings account? I know people say to keep an emergency fund, and I don’t have one😅
Hoping to get some good advise before i get too deep into it. Is anyone here against using robinhood for my individual stocks?
great
50-30-20 bro my 50 is more like 80% 😂😂😂
Either way having no debt and no expenses such as rent/mortgage, the your truerly finacially free, i.e. be like me, work your ass off, pay off student debts and save nearly every penny you possibly can within your personal situation, and you will become finacially free.
I will never have bad debt other than credit card debt that is paid off per month fully!
It will always be direct debited and also protects you from scams if your using one instead of your bank account as the bank will want their money back
Idk why I watched it, considering im from india lol
Really cool breakdown, the visuals and pacing keep it engaging throughout
