Do u pay your guys hourly or by the day? I started my guys pay by the day whether we work 6-8-10 hours for last 8 years, would be hard to tell them I’m paying by the hour! 🤔

46 years in mowing here. 45 a week myself these days. Im cutting with a 60” on some yards i used a 21”. Started with a 58 ford. I’ve never had another job.
wouldent private gas station be cheaper and faster? if you lets say bring 20 ppl to gas station to fuel up that would take around 15min from them every day I think private gas station like 5000L tank would be prob cheaper? and bigger ROI

Boyd Welding down in florida makes gas transfer tanks. Would save you a ton of time and be easy to fill througout the day.

Yes if someone has pets and they dont pick up after there pets, add a pet poop fee….no one wants to get hit with poop
